On Thursday we had a fabulous morning exploring maths in different ways. We had a workshop where we looked at HUGE numbers and then made 2D shapes with balloons talking about their properties. Today 3J have been delving into the world of coding. We have been using the ‘hour of code’ to create some of our own codes for ‘Minecraft’. We have even debugged things that have gone wrong. Today we have been creating crafts and delicious treats for our ‘Carol and Crafts’ event tomorrow. This week we have been investigating properties of rocks and grouping them. We checked if they were permeable, non-permeable, had a high density, were hard wearing or could be moulded.
